The acquisition of Doosan Mecatec by the Bumhan Industrial Consortium was officially announced on the 3rd by Doosan Enerbility.
In the disclosure, Doosan Enerbility announced that it will transfer all 5,521,414 shares of Doosan Mecatec for 150 billion won.
Founded in 1990, Bumhan Industrial has expertise in the various field including air compressor, hydrogen fuel cell business, power and electric cable.
